MaxLab V2020.3.4 Released

The following notes cover 2020.3.3 and 2020.3.4 which were released in the same week.

You can now determine the order using any data available in the system.

• • • In fact, you can even determine a secondary sort

GotPhoto tracking sheets include a barcode of the filename.

For orders which were uploaded by MaxLab we can get the AssetID from this so that you can use Order Builder to quickly locate images, recreate an order batch or even raise new orders using these images.

• • • • Remove homoglyphs from token generation. What’s a homoglyph I hear you ask?  Characters such as the number zero and upper case o (0O), or the number 1, upper case i and lower case L (1Il). Some fonts are better at revealing differences than others.

     

• • • • QR Import screen: Now checks for duplicate tokens before beginning import.   Previously this would only be revealed once you have started importing, resulting in an error and having to restart the import process.
        • QR Job import now imports subject tokens to images that have been manually assigned previously a scanned QR code that was not matched up with the job.

  • • Fixed Automatic Gallery: Original Asset GotPhoto no longer uploading duplicates in galleries.
    • Fixed Client Copy Crop: Now crop from Images which have been rotated in MaxLab is correct
    • Client no longer hangs on saving after retouching image in batch or order
    • Added ability to import data from a shoot-list into an existing job’s data
    • Fixed issue: Overwrite warning no longer shows when generating tokens
    • Fixed issue: Deleting a collection that was imported via a job no longer causes errors
