We are world leading experts in the digital imaging workflow market, specialising in software for professional, high volume photography. Current users include cruise line photography operations, ski resorts, schools & graduation photographers, police forces and wedding & event photographers.
We have worked with some of the largest names in the photographic and hospitality industries, including Kodak, Fujifilm, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Disney Cruise Lines, Vail Resorts, and also several police forces and security agencies.

Graduate / Junior C# Developer
You could have just graduated from University or have a year or two work experience, we will even consider waiting for someone until they have finished their studies.
You will be expected to have several years of experience in a similar role and therefore be able to “hit the ground running”, whilst still being able to fit into the dynamics of the existing team.

The Software
Our areas of expertise include linking identification data (usually barcodes, RFID, swipecards or QR codes) with photographs and using technology to automate post-capture production and distribution, along with the advancement of online and networked solutions.
We have a suite of products which make up MaxLab – our flexible and powerful workflow, which has been developed for the needs of volume photography operations.
We also have a suite of Photo capture products for Windows software, with an android based version coming soon.
The Technologies
Technologies employed include RESTful APIs developed using ASP.Net Core in newer projects, and Web API and WCF in some existing projects. WPF is used for desktop applications, following the MVVM design pattern. Code is developed using SOLID principles, unit tested and built using continuous integration. Both SQL and NoSQL database technologies are used. Recent, and future projects will see active development using cloud technologies within the Microsoft Azure platform.
The Environment
For employees we offer a casual but stable environment in a small team where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the full development lifecycle. You will often be working on interesting and stimulating software, dealing with images and interfacing with hardware such as barcode readers, cameras and photographic printers. This is NOT just another boring business application.
Despite the casual environment and small-company atmosphere, software quality is paramount and you will be supported in developing high quality code through use of the latest tools and methodologies.
